healthy is a gods gift given to us, therefore we as humans should be grateful with how to maintain the health of the body from various diseases. Healthy not only physically healthy, but also spiritually healthy. healthy body means a healthy, whereby all the organs work well and spiritually healthy is a healthy mind and hearts.


many ways to increase the degree of sound mind and amongst other:

  1. regular exercise every day
  2. eat nutritious food
  3. enough sleep
  4. drink plenty of water
  5. etc.

 
healthy as well as the spiritual can be accomplished in various ways, including:

  1. diligent and always remember god worship
  2. always think positive
  3. always communicate with family, friends, teachers, or anybody who can give us a spirit for life.
